- Where are we located?
Our studio is in Johannesburg, Hyde Park.
- Is there air-conditioning?
We have air conditioning, a fan and a gas heater for the winter.
- Is there parking?
We have private parking at our studio and additional parking on the studio roadside.
Do I need to notify you if I need to park?
Yes. You can give us a call when you are a minute away from our location so we can help you park your vehicle before your session.
- What do I get when I book the studio?
Depends on the studio you book, please refer to our book tab and see description below.
- Is every item on your page in the studio?
No. The decorative furniture/accessories you see on our social media platforms are not always property of the studio. It's always best to confirm if there is an item you want to use for your shoot/event.
- Can I cancel?
Cancellations are not allowed, you can only reschedule.
- Can I reschedule?
Yes. You can reschedule up to 24hrs before your booking.
- How many people are allowed in the studio per booking?
- Does my booking come with a photographer?
- Can the assistant take pictures of me?
Yes. Our assistant can take photos of you if you need help but they will not take responsibility for the quality of your images as it is not their profession and any damage to your device.
- Can I arrange for my things to be delivered at the studio before I arrive?
Only Half-day, Full-day and Event booking clients can deliver their material in preparation for their booking. This is excluding electronic gadgets and equipment. Service is for things like refreshments, clothes, furniture and etc..
- Do you provide lights?
The studio is fitted with track lights and has floor to ceiling windows that provide us with a lot of natural ligh. Additionally, clients can bring their own lights.
- Do you have backdrops?
We provide the standard white studio backdrop. Clients should contact the studio for backdrop options at an extra cost.
